“When we take on a case, we are dedicated. We really care.”
Originally from Greenville, North Carolina, Jordan Gross brings both experience and passion to the firm. After deciding in high school that she wanted to be an attorney, Jordan went on to clerk for a large Atlanta-based law firm upon graduating from college. Confirming her interest in guiding clients through complex legal issues, she went on to earn her law degree and join Legal Aid of North Carolina, where she focused her career on custody and domestic violence cases. Representing clients in these situations gave Jordan the experience and knowledge that she would ultimately bring to Stauff & Gross.
Jordan joined her colleagues Matthew Stauff to form Stauff & Gross in 2014. Her mission was to take her experience from Legal Aid and to focus it in a unique way, providing clients with the highest quality representation at a reasonable cost while helping them navigate the emotional side effects of contentious divorce, custody, and domestic violence cases. Since then, Jordan has helped clients navigate the legal system and heal financially and emotionally from the stress of their legal disputes.
Jordan lives in Raleigh with her husband and three young children. When she isn’t working, she can be found spending time at the beach, baking, and cheering on the Carolina Tarheels. She is also a volunteer attorney with the Wake County Domestic Violence Custody Court and with Legal Aid of North Carolina.
